Hotel Lisboa

Good hotel . Staff is also good . Restaurant near reception is nice.

We have stayed at the Lisboa many times and we have never been disappointed. The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the restaurant is well above average. There is parking in the basement. However, the space is limited and they "double" park at times. If you give the desk advance notice your vehicle is usually not blocked. Worse case you will need to wait a few minutes.

I stayed in one of the suites, so this is as good as it gets in this hotel. So far so good, the price/value ratio is ok-good. Other than a spotty WiFi connection, no remote control for the mini split, no fridge/coffee maker/microwave, it sure is comfortable and I do recommend staying here when on a reasonable budget, aren't looking for luxuries and in need to stay somewhere really close to two of the biggest hospitals​in the city.

El hotel es bueno, está limpio solo me gustaría que tuvieran mayor aislamiento de sonido ya que al estar muy cerca de los hospitales se escuchan mucho las ambulancias

Thank you to Hotel Lisboa for been there for me this past December 2019. I was running away from a horrible room, dirty, cold and old in Casa Hidalgo in Coyoacan and someone highly recommended Hotel Lisboa to me so I took a taxi and I was happily surprised of such a pretty, clean and high quality Hotel is "Hotel Lisboa". The sense of safety in Hotel Lisboa is undeniable. And their rooms are spacious, they have all the services needed (free wi-fi, hot water with excellent water pressure, heater, air conditioner, thick curtains to block sun light, cable TV, free local phone calls, toiletries, table and chairs or desk, free security box, taxi service etc) and the rooms get clean every day. The employees are very courteous and helpful. And you will be happily surprised of how affordable is this Hotel with all its amenities. I paid $1,010 pesos per night which was great!Because Casa Hidalgo charged me $900 pesos per night and it was a dumped. Hotel Lisboa also has an excellent Restaurant in the first floor which I visited all days in my stayed in this Hotel. I highly recommend Hotel Lisboa in Ave. Cuauhtemoc when visiting Mexico City.

Solo me quedé una noches y mi experiencia fue buena, cama cómoda, y la habitación linda... Lo único es que no servía el aire acondicionado en mi habitación no control nos dieron. Pero como hacía frío pues tuve suerte

A pesar de ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas cumple con su función un hotelito muy agradable y limpia, su personal muy amable. No les pide nada a los hoteles de cinco estrellas

Al momento la habitación (doble) que rentamos estaba en $1450 la noche y el check in es a las 12 del día, todo muy bien, el servicio al cuarto nos explicaron que no "era todos los días ya que sería descriminatorio dárselos a uno si y a otros no así que no podían asegurarnos que el servicio pasara todos los dias', pero en los 2 días que estuvimos si paso, el internet no es apto para vídeo llamada y a las horas pico es muy lento, entre 6 y 8 de la noche, a tomar en cuenta
